The market resolves to Yes if the HYPE price is above 96 at Oct 9, 2026 08:00 UTC, and otherwise resolves to No. Settlement is according to the 90-second TWAP of the Pyth HYPE/USD price price ending at Oct 9, 2026 08:00 UTC. If HYPE is delisted before this market settles, settlement is instead according to the HYPE settlement price at delisting.
