The market resolves to Yes if the UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) price is above 340 on Oct 14, 2026 13:35 UTC. Otherwise, the market resolves to No. Settlement is according to the 300-second TWAP of the NBBO midpoint price from CQS ending on Oct 14, 2026 13:35 UTC. If CQS's authority permanently stops publishing a qualifying price for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) before that TWAP window ends, settlement is instead according to that authority's official final or delisting price for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), or, if it designates none, the last qualifying price CQS published for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH). If CQS publishes no qualifying price for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) within that window for any other reason, settlement is instead according to the last qualifying price CQS published for UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) before the window ended. If no settlement price under these rules is publicly verifiable by 24 hours after Oct 14, 2026 13:35 UTC, the market instead resolves to 0.5, and evidence first public after that cutoff does not affect resolution.
